According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the April 2023 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- Head of the Russian Senate: “The compulsory licenses transfer for the foreign medicines production is justified”;

- Russian pharmacists opposed the food additives labeling: results of a professional community survey;

- the regulator has recalled 41.000 packages of the Indian Prednisone;

- a new pharmaceutical plant has been launched in the Kaliningrad region;

- a case on the production and sale of falsified medical devices is being investigated in the Perm Region;

- the Russian regulator has issued the first three permits for prescription medicines online trading.
