According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the October`2025 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- An international agreement on the development of low-tonnage chemicals for the pharmaceutical and medical industries has been signed in Russia;

- the antimonopoly regulator has identified a medical cartel worth almost $ 10 million;

- The Russian Health Ministry estimated the share of Russian medicines in the pharmaceutical market by the number of packages at 70%;

- Takeda has found a buyer for its factory in Russia;

- The Russian manufacturer localizes the production of five AstraZeneca medicines.
