According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the November`2025 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- The Russian government has updated the state control rules of medicines circulation;

- The Ministry of Industry and Trade intends to extend the "second extra" rule to all medical devices;

- 114.000 Internet resources illegally selling medicines of questionable quality and origin have been blocked due to the activities of the Regulator;

- The Antimonopoly Service issued a warning to the "daughter" of the international biopharmaceutical company Ipsen;

- in November, Russian buyers reduced spending on antiviral medicines.
