According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the November 2019 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- Russia is ready to join PIC/S and enter new pharmaceutical markets;
- Pharmaceutical cartel members were fined for 283.5 million rubles;
- Russian pharmacies began to sell medicines on credit;
- The Russian Defense Ministry will get the right to register the medicines for military purposes;
- a Russian regulatory body has found a banned substance in a potency food supplement.-
