According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the February`2026 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- thanks to the labeling system introduction, a significant reduction in illicit trafficking in industries is being recorded;

- an investor with Indian capital will build a pharmaceutical plant in the country for $ 36 million;

- The Russian Prime Minister called pharmaceuticals one of the fastest growing industries;

- new molecules have been synthesized in Russia to create medicines of the future;

- In 2025, Russians spent more than 700 million dollars on medicines for pets.
