According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the March 2019 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- compulsory licensing is an exceptional measure - russian Antimonopoly service opinion;

- 16% of all identified cartels belong to the pharmaceutical industry;

- it was proposed that pharmacists are penalized for marketing contracts;

- Russian pharmacies will be banned from using preferential tax regimes;

- more than 60% of manufacturers are not ready for the medicines labeling system introduction.
