According to the Digest`s Editorial office opinion, the main events of the July 2020 in Russian pharmaceutical industry are:

- in the first half of 2020 the state industrial development Fund invested in 147 startups for a total of 40 billion rubles (appr. 500 million US dollars);

- soon the "Russian FDA`s" inspection results can be appealed via the Internet;

- the Russian Government developed a procedure for the destruction of falsified and counterfeit medical devices;

- the Eurasian economic community has established a common definition of «batch production date»;

- the Antimonopoly service has revealed another cartel in the Russian pharmaceutical market.
